Order # 108694, Serial # Previously Assigned To Another User

I've never had a problem with purchasing here until today.

I placed order #108694 for the Waves Torque plugin today @ approx 15:20. Paypal transaction ID 1VR02365CL328412L shows as completed, as did the confirmation email from Don't Crack.

Received a serial # and attempted to authorize it at Waves, but it came back with a "serial # previously assigned to another user" error.

Waves support confirms this and suggested I contact the store where I purchased the plugin to sort it out. Sent an email to support and then followed that up with another providing more information. Haven't heard anything.

Never seen this one before. Can anyone help out with this?
