Track Box has been on my ilok for over 5 years now and in order to get AAX support I must re-authorize. But where on the website is my serial number kept. I have never needed it for ilok authorization.

Hello Tom,

Sorry for the late reply. Haven't received notification on that one and customers usually use our ticket system for support...

Nomad Factory no longer uses iLok to authorise their products. It's now a simple disk auth.

Your serials can be retrieved by login into the store - then "My Account".
