Plugivery Forums _ Nomad Factory _ Rip Cakewalk/sonar

Cakewalk/Gibson http://www.cakewalk.com/Gibson-Announcement that development of all Cakewalk products will be discontinued. This means that users using Blue Tubes plugins included with Sonar will be looking for other DAWs and likely looking to take their BlueTubes plugs with them. @Dontcrack, this might be a good time to target them with some kind of an offer, as they have, in a way, already paid to use the plugs in their DAW. Overloud has already done this, as have vendors of competing DAWs.

Hi All,

Thanks for contacting us and detailing your concerns for Cakewalk and Blue Tubes plug-ins provided with purchase and integrated into the DAW.

Our team have been made aware of the closure of the Sonar brand and the many requests around the web and through forums of those wishing to upgrade to the full versions, for use in other DAW, should they wish to switch...

Currently our Nomad Factory products are available through end of year at up-to 80% off, so now is your best time to get low prices on stock before the turn of 2018. See our http://plugivery.com/about/dealers.

But that said, you may of course still utilize your plug-ins in the DAW as is, they will still work as your DAW too, for many years to come!

If you would like to upgrade, we are happy to offer a path to the Blue Tubes v3 Bundle at further discount (only $49.99, instead of current list "$319") on view of your original Sonar purchase/order receipt as proof, which you may attach in mail to us via http://help.nomadfactory.com. We will then provide a one time, one use coupon for discount purchase via our dealer DontCrack.com.

The Nomad Factory team.

Kind regards,

Hi - I just read about this! I did get to use my Sonar Overloud TH2 in other DAWS by providing them with a
screen shot of my licence. I'd love to be able to use my Nomads in my other DAWS!

Is this still possible?
Thanks
John
