Hi,

Yesterday I placed an order for GRM Tools Complete II. The status is currently on 'ERROR while processing Order Automatically!!!', I am just wondering if there is an update on what the issue might be or how long it usually takes for the licenses to be delivered.

Due to a large number of orders, we found ourselves temporarily out of stock on this product.

Glad to hear you got it OK.

Sorry it took a while but the promo exceeded the stock and GRM had a problem getting us the serials quickly.

As soon as we had them we completed the orders.
