So, yesterday i ordered Xpand 2 with promo code and i’ve got few mails that say “There has been a problem delivering your order. We are working on it and you will receive your order confirmation ASAP, usually within the next hour. We apologize for the inconvenience.” And i’ve check if i got my serial number today and it’s still not available. Should i just wait or is there anything i can do?

We re-processed quite a few yesterday and perhaps did we miss yours.

I've re-processed the order right now and you should have received it.

Please check your spam folder if it doesn't get in.

Order confirmations are also available by logging in to DontCrack
