I just purchased a product, but I'm not getting an email to validate my account, after several unsuccessful attempts. The notification is not in my Spam folder either.
I created a new account here with a gmail account - one that's different from the email I used to purchase my license, and the validation email was delivered instantly to the gmail address.
I need to contact support to get my iLok code by some other method, OR to change email addresses for the purpose of getting my iLok code.
When I click the Help option in my browser, it takes me to this forum page.
