It may work when you download and install the past version.

Thanks for the reply! I downloaded the one from May 28 2019 (5.13) and after uninstalling ISP3, I installed this version instead. There was no need to re-authorize.
Opening my DAW (Mixcraft) I could now see them again in Unable to load, however I put a check mark beside each, clicked OK, closed the DAW and reopened it. And VOILA! I can now see the plugins in my DAW.
