Hi.

After updating with the latest AS Rack AU-installer (v1.0.4.1 - Nov. 15. -2021):

1) The Components folder still says v1.0.0
2) The Audio Validator (Plug-in Manager) within Logic Pro says v1.0.0
3) The plug-in UI says v1.0.4

But it works, so are they actually updated - but file info is not?

Tried installing several times, but with the same result.

Use a Mac mini M1, so the AS Rack plugs work flawlessly under Rosetta2. But there is some graphical issues in the UI, so that is my reason for updating. Is it a known problem?

In advance - thank you for helping out.

Hi halstein,

Thank you for reaching out and for your detailed report.

We have checked on our end and can confirm that we are seeing the same issue with the version numbers in the Components folder, Audio Validator, and plug-in UI.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team is investigating the matter, and we will work on a fix to ensure the correct version information is displayed across all areas.

We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you once the issue is resolved.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards.

Ziggy.

Thank you Ziggy.

I've seen this in quite alot of plugs from different manufacturers, and even if the plugs work - it's a bit frustrating to not be able to verify if they're updated, or something got wrong in the installation process. A bit nerdy perhaps, but now in the translation from Intel to Silicon I feel it's more important than ever to really know what you got installed for compatibility reasons.

Thanks again for quick response and an uplifting answer.
