Plugivery Forums _ Open Bar _ Missing Activation Email And Licence Email

Posted by: mjrmjrmjr Mar 12 2024, 09:16 PM

Hi,

For some reason the email address I gave when entering my activation code for a plugin I purchased does not seem to receive any emails from you (I have checked the spam folder - there's nothing there). I should have received an email with the licence for the product I purchased, but that never I arrive (I clicked on the resend link a couple of times). I then tried to create an account using the same email address so I could post on the forum, but that wasn't possible because I didn't receive an activation email.

So I have used another email address to set up an account (the activation email arrived immediately), and am posting here to see if someone at Plugivery can help me, as I don't think you will be able to contact me at my original email address.

thanks

M
