I recently bought the Integral Studio Bundle to use with Pro Tools 9. I downloaded the latest RTAS version from Nomad on Dec 4th, 2011, installed it, and activated my license. When I launched Pro Tools I got this error message:

QUOTE
"Pro Tools could not load the following plugins because no valid authorization could found, the iLok key was not connected or the plug-in was damaged.

ECHOES.dpm
MAGNETIC.dpm
MAGNETIC II.dpm

Do you want to move these plugins to the unused folder?"

I did a few things to debug the problem.

  • Uninstalled, re-downloaded the RTAS package from Nomad, and reinstalled. No luck.
  • Doubled checked that UAC was disabled, it was.
  • I made sure that the Administrator user group had full control over the boot drive, it does.
  • Rebooted and reinstalled the package again.

At this point I sent an email to Nomad. They responded rather quickly, but told me to download the windows installer again. So, I downloaded it again (Dec. 5th), uninstalled, and reinstalled the RTAS package. Still no luck. I replied back to them immediately, but have not got a response. It's only been four days, so I am sure they will get back to me soon. I wanted to post this here to possibly get the ball rolling, and thought maybe other people are having the same problem.

It just sucks, because those two plugins are the reason why I bought the bundle. sad.gif

My setup is:
Pro Tools 9.0.5
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Focusrite Saffire 56 Pro

I read in another topic here that deleting the Pro Tools Prefs folder could resolve it. I deleted mine and reloaded, nothing changed.

Also, I downloaded the VST versions and was able to run them in Reaper with no issues.

Anyone running these plugins in Pro Tools 9 without a problem?

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same problem as you in Pro Tools 8.
I haven’t contacted Nomad Factory yet - I spent pratically all day dealing with
this problem trying to fix it myself with no success.
I'm using the last version of the download available as seen in other post but it doesn't work also.

Please let me know if you found a solution and forgive me for my bad english.
