Vst Plugin Not Showing Up Under Inserts Tab In Cubase Options

I just bought a vst plugin from plug and mix and downloaded it and activated it but it's not showing up under the inserts tab where all the vst effects are. It says after you download it,
it should show up in your daw in demo mode and you can activate it from there but it never showed up at all so I activated it from the folder in my documents and it says it activated it.
There's a plug and mix folder in my documents with all the plugin's that they offer and I chose to only download the one I bought which was the Screamer.
When I look at the factory presets in the screamer folder it says the file types are DCPRG if that matters but the instructions said that it should have shown up in demo mode after I downloaded the software but it never did. Any ideas?

Aright I reinstalled it and nothing happened so I checked its destination which was in program files and it was not in program files (86) so I installed it in there as well and nothing happened I checked the plug-in information under the devices tab in Cubase and there is nothing that says screamer in there. I have previously download a plugin from waves and that shows up in the plugin information list. It's also is in both the program files and program files(86) not just one if that matters. So far this does not seem to be compatible with my setup.
