Pro Series - Any Update Or Gone? Options

Just checking. It's fall and time to weed plugins that either don't work or seem to be gone forever.
I noticed many plugins I purchased last year are not even for sale anymore. They're not even in the current download list. They are in the Legacy section only.
And, that makes me wonder. Should I just eliminate them and not even use them? Simply because they may not be updated for future use. I would not want to use them now, and not be able to update a session in the future. One Windows update could make them obsolete.
My interest is also with the Nomad Factory plugins also. The 'E' series is great, so is the Analog Studio Rack, but they were ghosted too.
Any info appreciated.
