We have approached Sonnox about this a few times in the past and it is a product that they want to sell exclusively from their site.

Nick, thanks for the reply but I don't get it.

Sonnox Oxford allows resale of all their plugins except for one plugin, the Sonnox Codec Toolbox which sells for £35 on the
Sonnox site.

Perhaps it adheres to some Marketing Law which makes no sense to me. It does not appear to be a licencing issue related to
codecs as they readily allow resale of their professional codec plugin: The Fraunhofer Pro-Codec.

Yes, I know, it just isn't on the price list we get from them.

Might be a licensing issue as you mentioned.

Hello Nick,

A well known re-seller in the US is currently selling the Sonnox Codec Toolbox.

Seems like Sonnox is treating Don't Crack unfairly in refusing to release it to you.
