Yes I've experimented further and it now seems that Shuffling aax is fine as long as Waves Mercury Waveshell DAE 9.2.dpm is removed from the RTAS folder. That's not much help though, as I use Waves plugins quite a bit!

Don't know if there is a more recent Waveshell that could solve this or even the possibility of stepping back one version, are either of those two options realistic?
