I do have the VIP bundle for a while.
Everything was fine.
Now, all my "Plug and Mix" plugins are in demo sinds I installed the PM-chainer.

I downloaded the Chainer, installed it and indeed the screen posted by "denka" shows up.
Then I run the Software Activator and filled in my VIP activation code (seems logical to me sinds I have a VIP Bundle)
Giving it a try in Cubase 8.0.10 and everything was looking fine but, when I run a PM-plug-in with or without PM-chainer, all of them run in demo v 3,3

Lucky I was trying on my MacBook Pro, not on the studio Computer.

It has come to our attention that there are some people having install problems on OS X that has to do with permissions.

There is a 1.1 version which will be posted very shortly that should help with this problem.

Until you get the message 'Activation Successful' not all the files have been written correctly and that will cause strange behaviour and crashes.

I get the message 'Activation Successful' every-time I'll use the autoriser.
Still, every plug-in shows in the left upper corner "demo v 3.x.x

Hello Peter,

When you see the "demo v 3.x.x" is it the regular plug-ins that you insert on a channel without using the Chainer?

Did you install the 3.3 VST P&M first?

Please try doing that first and see if the come up as 3.3 VST, 'repairing permissions' first would be good idea as that can prevent the 'successful' install.

Try that first and tell me what happens.

that's how it is,... with or without PM-Chainer it shows demo v3.3

I repaired permission and installed the 3.3 VST P&M Bundle.
The 3.3 VST P&M version doesn't include the Chainer plugin so I've installed Chainer after the VST bundle.
I always get 'Activation was Successful' when using my VIP activation code for the bundle as well as for the Chainer.
BTW, Big thanks for the special "all plug all the time code" ;-))

It seems that the P&M plugins work as full version but still show demo 3.3.
P&M-plugins don't stop working after a while. My other vst-plugins getting bypased but that's normal sinds it's the free version of Chainer I'm trying)

PS: In Nomad Factory's MAGMA, using MFX Chainer, the P&M plugins also show demo v3.3.

I just installed the VIP package. I got activation successful confirmation. My question is more about what I've purchased. My vst plugins load okay and play -- for awhile-- and then stop and then start again. I thought when I purchased the VIP bundle, that I was getting a full version of the plugin chainer. Is that not true? At the bottom right corner of the plugin chainer it says VST 1.0.0 VST Demo. Is this a bug or am I supposed to pay more to be able to load VST's?

I see now that I do have to pay extra to have VST functionality. I think your description of the chainer is not clear and almost deceptive. I did not imagine that you would say that the crippled chainer was included in the VIP bundle. Heck, it's free anyway. I'm not sure I trust enough to plunk down another $50.

Thanks for your interest in DontCrack and Plug&Mix.

Yes the Chainer is FREE, as you saw you can use it to chain any of your Plug and Mix effects to chain them together to make great new presets.

The activation code is the one you used for your first Plug and Mix purchase.

The fact it says "Version 1.0.0 AAX (VST Demo)" is normal. It means you can use the P+M plug-ins but the VST plug-ins will be available in 'demo' mode.

BUT you can build chains using VST, VSTi and the P&M plug-ins and SAVe them as pre-sets using the FREE Version.

The Chainer did take a long time to develop to be able to work with all the various VSTs out there, and it turned out to be a large investment of time and resources, that we have to see some return on the money we committed to it.

It is still very strange, that you get a 'authorisation successful' and still get the plug-ins showing 'demo' in the top right corner.

If the plug-ins are behaving themselves all the better, keep an eye on them, and let me know how it goes.

I have had a couple of reports with this happening on Mac with Cubase, where the plug-ins when installed get a 'authorisation successful' and then the plug-ins show 'demo' mode in the top right corner.

BUT

The demo limitations never show up and so far some clients say the plug-ins behave as if they have been authorised.

Keep working with them and tell me if the 'demo' limitations, ever show up.

they are:

Signal processing stops after 30 minutes.
Presets cannot be saved.
Controls cannot be automated.
After 30 minutes you may relaunch the plug-in for your demo to become active again.
