Failing To Get Into Group Buy.

I must be missing something.

I log in as a previous purchaser or I log in under a new registration and select the Native Sonnox Enhance Bundle and I get lead to a confirmation page showing full price ($540).

I haven't confirmed.

Where is the link that has me committing to the 50% voucher (and witing to see if we hit 500 buys . .) ?

- Please login as a previous purchaser
- add your Sonnox bundle to your basket
- While checking-out, you will find a voucher coupon field, allowing you to enter the voucher coupon code that has been sent to your email address.
- Press the 'Redeem' button, and check that the price has been sucessfully reduced.
- Continue the checkout process

same goes here.
and how does one log in a a previous purchaser??
by the way, i didn't even get a link or aynthing like that.

To log-in as a previous purchaser, enter the email adress and password that you have used during your previous purchase.
If U don't remember your password, there is a password reminber link, just under the login fields.
BTW If you're not already a DC customer, just register your account in the Store.

If you did not received your coupon code via email (sent monday) double check your junk mail folder, or please mail us at sales AT dontcrack DOT com.

I guess I forgot to activate my account when activation mail was sent to me when I wanted to join the group buy.

Wouldn't the activation email count ?

i am sorry,

I didn't receive the sonnox %50 discount voucher email. I need that...
I double checked the spam the junk and trash and i just didn't receieve it.

Having a subject like "Please resend me the coupon" will certainly accerate our answer wink.gif
