Issues on Orders #4828 , #4899, Sonnox GB

Hi- I purchased the Sonnox Essential Bundle in the group buy and PayPal has made payment to you, but I've seen no activation code or receipts except from PayPal. I've been watching the forum, but have also seen no reference to my Invoice ID: 4828. I've also sent you an email with all the PayPal info.

Thanks in advance for any info and looking forward to getting this resolved. Also, thanks for arranging this group buy!

Hey There,

I ordered The Sonnox Elite Bundle last night (Mon, 14th). I got confirmation from PayPal, an "Order Processed" email from you guys, but no licenses. I even went as far as checking my credit card account, to see if the transaction went through, and the purchase is paid for. Also, the "Order Processed" email from you had no Order Number, and the order has yet to show up in "My Account" here at DontCrack. There is, however, an Invoice ID number on the PayPal email : 4899.
I know you guys are probably dealing with a lot right now, so forgive me for adding to your load. It's just that $599 is a lot of money for me, and I thought I should just let you know my situation. (I also really, really want to play with those plug-ins!)

I can't do anything with these numbers : They just dont exists.I need the ORDER ID.

The order ID is written in the emails that WE (dontcrack.com) sent to you once you've made your purchase.

If there is a blank order ID in the Dontcrack Email, there has been a bug during the transaction (very rare, but it may happen).
In this case, please mail the DC sales support quoting all the emails sent to you by Paypal and Dontcrack and tell us what happened. Point us to the blank ID, if this is your case.
The more details in your request, the fastest we can help you.
We will investigate the orders and tell you how to solve the problem.


BTW while you your licence code hasn't already been delivered, you can still install and play with the fully functionnal sonnox plugins demo.

I never received anything from dontcrack.com except an initial email with the info "You will find below a Voucher Coupon, etc...". I followed the instructions, it took me to PayPal, I paid and received a receipt from PayPal saying "You sent a payment of $479.00 USD to DontCrack (store AT dontcrack DOT com) ", so I assumed that was it. Apparently not? I've never ordered from dontcrack.com so I guess I was supposed to receive a receipt with an Order ID, but I never did and I have paid, so how should I proceed?

yes you was supposed to receive a receipt from us.

Please forward your paypal confirmation email, as well as all the order details (your name, email used to purchase, date& time of payment, products ..) to sales AT dontcrack DOT com.

Please be patient : We're doing our best to answer support question as fast as possible (even working during the night) but we had to process a crazy number of orders in the past 2 days, and unfortunately if something went wrong, we have to manually list every payment from the paypal interface, because their payment history search is just crashed at this time.... mad.gif This is why it may take an extra delay to find your payment and solve your issue.
