Logic Pro X Not Recognizing Plugin, BBE Sonic Sweet Not Recognized by Logic Pro X Options

Can anyone assist? Purchased and downloaded software, registered it and activated the license. But upon installation, Logic Pro is not recognizing the plugin. It's not showing up in the plugin manager. I've attempted to delete the com.apple.audiounits.cashe file and had Logic re-search all plugins, but BBE sonic sweet doesn't show up still. The plugin file in my documents file is also empty, though the directories are created. This has been frustrating and nobody is responding to my requests, so hoping someone here can assist.
