Bbe Stompboard Download, Can't get it to Authorize...

Hi there,
I have just bought and downloaded the BBE Stompboard.
I have put the VST into my Reaper fine, and when i go to use it, it asks me to enter my serial number.
I enter the correct 9 x 4 serial number and i keep getting the message, " Failed to Authorize, Couldn't connect to server "
Now, i know my Internet is working, so, does this mean BBE's server ?
And, how to i rectify this ?

I received a message about an unsuccessful connection to the server when I had vpn and employee monitoring software enabled
when I turned them off, the error disappeared. but with key the same bullshit still
