Hi, the plugins (Magnetic II) install and authorize. But they don't show in my DAW. I'm on Windows 7. I keep trying to contact SUPPORT but so far it's not been successful.

So are these plugins able to work in Windows 7? I used the latest release from November 2021.

Thank you,

Andre

I used to use it on Windows 7, but it was older than now.
It may work when you download and install the past version.

Toggle the pull-down menu of "Browse versions released as of :" in the upper left corner of the screen to obtain past versions.

Thanks for the reply! I downloaded the one from May 28 2019 (5.13) and after uninstalling ISP3, I installed this version instead. There was no need to re-authorize.

Opening my DAW (Mixcraft) I could now see them again in Unable to load, however I put a check mark beside each, clicked OK, closed the DAW and reopened it. And VOILA! I can now see the plugins in my DAW.

THANK YOU!!! cool.gif
