Problems With Us122

I need help with my Tascam us-122. I'm using windowsXP and Cubase5.1. I installed the drivers from a cd that came with the us-122, but the program still has an error saying that all the components were not installed and the driver has not been found. I have been unable to download the driver from the net. Can anybody help........Santino
