Hi guys!

I just purchased a license for PI and got this in an email a few minutes later:

"We are sorry but this product is temporarily out of stock. We expect to get more very quickly and your order will be sent as soon as possible, usually the same day."

I think this should be stated up-front BEFORE taking our money! Payment was processed successfully. A bit disappointed. Also, how can a software license be "out of stock"? How can a line of text be out of stock? If it was an actual physical boxed product I could fully understand, but this is a bit ridiculous to me.

Please sort this out!

I apologies but we are really out of stock. In some cases, we purchase licenses from distributors just as for physical products. Our product manager Nick has ordered more serials and you will be delivered in the next hours.

Many thanks, I have received my activation code. I was just worried that I may have missed that sale. Also, thank you for the quick and professional response! If only this were the trend with all companies that deal with audio software!
