Hello,
I bought the TC Electronic 1210 plugin I installed everything according to the instructions. But I have a version that I can't activate because I want an external contemporary for activation. There is no activation options for Native Version after Ilok. I have already harmonized it with 10 times and on a different computer and exactly the same. Nowhere in the network I can not find a native version installation. All links are an installation with an external controller that I don't have and does not want. I bought a native version. Support tc electronic does not exist, there is no way to write to them only a dzwine forum. I have a lot of plugins and I've never had such a problem with a simple installation after purchase. It looks like it would be made only the version with the controller and there is a lack of an installation from the native version. Can anyone help me? Thank you very much in advance! |

Hello Michal, We have had reports that the authorization window did not show up in some DAWs. When the clients opened the iLok License Manager and then used the "redeem activation code" function with the code they were supplied the TC1210 started to work perfectly in native mode. The physical controller is not connected message is normal if you do not own or connect the controller. That does not stop or interfere with the TC1210 authorization. Installation Installation : 1. The TC 1210 - Unique Spatial Expander plug-in installers can be found at the following links: - MAC download - WINDOWS download 2. Download and install the iLok License Manager, if necessary. Create an account for use in the app if you do not have one. Authorization : 1. Launch your DAW. An authorization window will appear when the plug-in is scanned by your DAW or when it is first inserted on a track in your DAW. 2. Follow the instructions for using your iLok Redeem Code (as printed above) in the authorization window. NOTE : If your DAW computer is not connected to the Internet, you can also enter your iLok Redeem Code in the iLok License Manager on another computer with your iLok (2 or 3) dongle temporarily connected. Let us know how it goes... Best regards, |

Hello,
Thank you very much for your quick answer and help in the subject. I tried in Logic, Luna and Studio One and it was always the same, the registration message did not get lost. I have been using iLok for years so I have already processed a lot of situations. But I haven't had it yet and I couldn't deal with it. In fact, after entering the activation code, a license was added. And then in the Logic Plugin is already active. Thank you very much for your help !!! Best Regards, Mike |
