According to the automated email I was sent:
New Features : - AudioSuite in ProTools 10 I have just downloaded and installed version 3.2 (using the default installation destination) and there is no sign of any of the GRM plugins in the AudioSuite menu (or sub menus)!! PTHD10 Mac OS 10.6.8 G |

You have to force Pro Tools to re-examine the plugin folder. Emmanuel |

The simplest way is to delete the plugins preferences :
/Users/your name/Library/Preferences/DAE Prefs/Installed plug-ins Emmanuel |
