A single plug-in's license code will authorize its plug-in. If you have purchased the VIP Bundle you only need enter the code supplied once to authorize ALL.

There has been no banning from a Nomad Factory site, so not sure where you may have got that idea huh.gif ?

You have the older legacy (SWET) serial purchased in 2012, not v3. You can still use your purchased version and receipt a new license file for activation via the included Software Activator in the package installer(s) and detailed in my support ticket reply on Feb 6th, marked as read by yourself.

As detailed, an upgrade offer had been available for many years (and we're 7 years on from your purchase). The products have gone through many various developmental transitions since then with v3 to optimized and now v4. Those owning v3 optimized with an SWOP" serial have been gifted v4 for free. It is not by our wish to charge for an upgrade but as a business we must factor our own costs for development, porting to a new framework, paying developers and staff, right?

We run discounts often, so keep check of newsletters from our resellers to catch a deal and save on the current retail pricing.

Posting links to KVR doesn't really help if you haven't contacted us direct to detail any issues we can put to our developers with step-by-step repro cases to debug! wink.gif

To update in short, Nomad Factory has been in a state of transition after its CEO sadly passed away, we have been keeping the company healthy buy bringing new products to market with our developers alongside working in other areas with a new framework to enable such updates to legacy code and softwares. The reason for no updates at this time is simply that we ar working on it and there are a lot of code braces our team need to port to the new framework, QA, cleanse, work on new graphics for components, marketing, etc etc. It's a huge job and not a quick fix under the hood to patch and work bug fixes too! In addition we need to update our databases and back-end to A ) move to a more stable method for authorizing, as as you may see we have multiple with Authorizor applications, B ) work a new website with a store.

Hi Tim,

1. Intel Mac's running 10.6.8 or higher, and same for Pro Tools version (or higher). Yes, it will work with Pro Tools 12 and Sierra.

Once installed, please look to insert on a "stereo" audio, aux or instrument track. You will find the plug-in under BBE Sound by manufacturer. And, plug-in listing may be changed in Pro Tools. Preferences > Display tab.

2. It is Nomad Factory whom are the developers of BBE Sound plug-in products, however you will not see BBE under their listing as that formulated from the server database for only Nomad Factory plug-ins. We are awaiting our web dev to build a BBE help site under authorization from the company, so you all can be directed there.

In the interim, simply use help.nomadfactory.com for BBE, or dontcrack if you have purchased there, select any plug-in if not in the listing and detail more information clearly in a support ticket for our staff to assist.

Chainer will work in demo mode until authorized with purchasable serial.

Authorized Plug & Mix plug-ins will work within it, but should you wish to use 3rd party VST's then as above a serial for Chainer is required to unlock this feature.

Hi JB,

I believe I've replied through our help.nomadfactory.com support helpdesk but I'll relay info here too should anyone else have issue with High Sierra.

First, please ensure you are running 10.13.2 or higher for High Sierra as older OS has known issue with AU plug-ins, detailed by Apple.

After install, please reboot the computer. This is required for AU plug-ins to be correctly validated and seen, especially in Logic.

For Ableton, please go to preferences > file folder, hold ALT and click re-scan. This will force the DAW to re-scan all plug-ins. After, you may need to relaunch the DAW.

For Logic, you may also trash the com.apple.audiounit.cache file found in Users/<your name/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache. This will force Logic to re-scan all plug-ins also at launch.

If you cannot locate the Users Library, hold ALT and click Go in the Finder menu to toggle show/hide it in the list.

Just to keep you updated, we have a huge extensive catalogue to port through our new framework, this indeed taking some time with a small development team. @airbeat, you may not have been aware but our Nomad Factory CEO passed away from 3 year battle with Cancer so during that time also development was staggered (as you may well expect), and ourselves now having taken over have had the huge task to go through old code and refresh. That is also why new products have come to light as they have been easier projects to start and push. We have to continue as a business and releasing new products, right?

We look forward to releasing updates such as you may have seen also recent with BBE Sonic Sweet (done through our new framework).
