        Credit Card Problem With Paypal, Possible to call with a CC number?

        Hello,

        I am located in the Czech Republic, and I've tried to make a payment with several credit cards now through the Paypal page, but they were all refused.

        One of the cards was an e-card specifically for online payments, and I have used another successfully before, to make a payment to a US company when I telephoned them with the card number.

        Is it possible to call someone with the card number and try it this way, as I have no idea why Paypal refuses to process the transaction and am not sure if I can solve this with Paypal over the next two days?

        I'm sorry but we are not able to take payment on phone with a CC number. The only way to pay is to solve your CC issue with Paypal. You might also use a CC from one of your friends/family.

        Im having the same problems and also have a few of Estelles mods... did you fix this in the end??
