Plugivery Forums _ The Snail - Bug Reports _ The Snail - Crashing

I purchased Ircam Labs The Snail software from jrrshop and it was delivered via Plugivery. I've installed it but the stand alone app will not stay open. When I launch it, the program opens up and then promptly closes again. I have re-installed it several times and it still doesn't work correctly.

Note that I have sent 2 e-mail requests each to both Pugivery and Ircamlab - no one seems to want to answer.
