Just updated Sonic maximizer suite from 4.101 to 4.1. Now get error "failed to authorize. All seats are already in use."
Was working on this computer before. Please advise. Thanks. |

I got the exact same issue!!
Tried to trash both the license file and the cache in the same folder, but no luck. Nomad Factory site tell me to re-authorize - and if on an already authorized machine, this should not take any more "seats" (I believe you can authorize 3 machines). But the Authorizer Tools...where is it? Not included in the Sonic Sweet installer unfortunately. And the one included in the ISP package is too old/not compatible with Catalina... Please advice us how to reset the seats! Just updated Sonic maximizer suite from 4.101 to 4.1. Now get error "failed to authorize. All seats are already in use."

Thanks for the report and your support tickets, our web team are investigating the issue. In the interim you may use version 4.0.1 fine also under Catalina until we push a fix.

Get in touch with https://plugins.bbesound.com/about/contact They will help you to manually reset the seats, so you get a fresh start. I tried to do this myself within the plugin, but was not able to make any modifications to the registered seats. Anyways, when I contacted support they could reset - and everything has worked since then |
