Plug & Mix works fine, except Emax, OptoMax,Tube Exciter Demo.
I have the V.I.P. Bundle ver 3.3.0 all plugs seem to work ok, but I got an email this morning
for an upgrade (Not paying attention, closely), I downloaded and installed it, only to realize
the upgrade was for, the pro series Version 1.0.2
which stated these new plugs were free.

I don't think i noticed Emax, OptoMax,Tube Exciter in my plug-ins before.

But Now when I open DP, and either; Emax, OptoMax,Tube Exciter Demo
it ask for a registration/serial number.
I enter cancel to activate the demo,
then a few seconds later it crashes.
this happened 7 times, even after re-booting.

When I open the other plugs, they work fine.

What am I doing wrong?

I have similar troubles with Pro Series plugins (Pro Tools HD12, W10). I relaunch Pro Series plugins after authorization - authorization isn't active. I restart Pro Tools - the same things. I restart W10, restart Pro Tools - all remains the same. V.I.P. Bundle v3.3.0 works fine.

Hello 'Andy K and jaxsn,

Thanks for your interest in DontCrack and Plug&Mix.

There has been a bit of confusion about the recent mailing that has led some people to believe the Pro Series 1.0.2 is a free upgrade.

It is a free upgrade for those people who already OWN the previous version 1.0.1 of the Pro Series plug-ins who already bought the authorisation code.

It is intended to be of use for those people only.

All Plug and Mix products have a free upgrade policy, for example the VIP Bundle, the people who have purchased the VIP Bundle have the right to free upgrades of the product that they purchased.

The Chainer or Pro Series which are different and separate products.

And their seperate upgrades are uniquely for those products.

We are sorry if there has been any confusion about the upgrades for the different products.

And I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Best Regards,

Nick
