Hi, I just ordered the GRM Tools Shuffling at your store with a plugimon for 4.99 $, but there seems to be something gone wrong. Instead of receiving an appropriate email I received an "Order Processed: #" email for the GRM Tools Evolution Bundle, which I checked out shortly after ordering. There´s no email coming for the actual purchase...

I have looked into this with our accounts dept. and your PayPal was debited, but the order did not go through.

We have sent a full refund to your PayPal account. Please take a look for it.

The Shuffling promo is very successful and maybe your order came in at almost exactly the same time as someone else, which may have caused the problem.

Please try placing your order again. This type of problem has never happened twice to a client.
