Dear Support Team,
yesterday evening, I ordered the Blue Cat Audio Crafters Pack together with four other (much cheaper) products (in order to receive the 20% discount on the whole order), but it seems that something has gone wrong. Instead of receiving an email with license and download information, I received only an "Order Processed: #" email, which I checked out shortly after ordering.
The license and download information for the four cheaper products that I ordered are displayed in my account under "My Serials History", but for the Blue Cat Audio Crafters Pack it is only noted:
"Your order is actually being processed. You will receive an email confirmation in a few minutes. If a problem occurred, we will contact you very shortly."
However, so far there has not been any email coming with further information on this issue. The order number is #104238.
