I try to buy Xpand freebie but at checkout the transaction does not work with Paypal.

There is an error message that says to try later.

Can confirm. THe error message really is that unhelpful. Something like "Things don't appear to be working properly; please try again later." It's an error from PayPal, but that's all I know. I literally just want to send you guys $3.50. Why is this so hard😩

I'm worried that by the time this gets resolved the freebie coupon won't be valid anymore, as I don't know if there's a time limit.

I made the same transaction without using the promotion code and it works. I have not completed this transaction because I want to benefit from the promotion code.

The problem is not paypal and I opened a ticket.

I think you are right when you say that Paypal does not accept a balance to 0 with only an amount of taxs.
