I opened a ticket (November 8th) because I can't authorize software I purchased. Barry got back to me right away (November 9th). What he suggested did not work. I e-mailed him back. Nothing. Opened another ticket a few days ago. Nothing. It's approaching two weeks. Do they always take this long to respond? Or should I contact my CC company to initiate a refund?

I think this forum has been abandoned. My topic has been seen 130 times and not a single reply....I have a ticket open for 1 month and they don't answer me anymore...

I received this e-mail from Barry on November 24th:

We have just this week developed a method for those persons who have 32 bit system to be able to authorize their plug-ins.
Please find attached a file called 'NomadInfo.command.zip' upzip it and double click this file. It will create a new file on your desktop: NomadFactory_license_info.txt
Email this file back to us. We will generate the license files for your products for you.
Then we will send a folder containing the licenses back to you with an installer.

Still waiting......

UPDATE.......
Well, it took some time, but Barry set me up with a way to authorize the software. Relieved / happy / satisfied.
