Full Version: Free Upgrade To Isp3 For Existing Isp Users
Plugivery Forums > Official Manufacturers Forums > Nomad Factory

Hi!

As far as I understand the ad - the upgrade to ISP3 is free for existing ISP useres - and all PI´s should authotize by reautorizing the existing licence file:
I tried several times (also with the new installer that fixed the AU-validation crash of Magnetic II in Logic 9.1.3) - but without success.
Magnetic II and Echoes (the new additions to ISP3) still run in Demo mode, instead of being authorized.
Any suggestions to solve this problem?

best regards

Hi Joerg,

We encountered an issue as for upgrading with previous ISP serials. We therefore launched a new procedure with the folks at Nomad and reflected that in our product pages :

Previous ISP owners can UPGRADE for FREE ! First you'll need to get a new serial from the Nomad Factory website by providing your previous ISP serial number that starts by "ISP" or "INTG" for the older Integral packs.

Then download, install and authorize the NEW ISP bundle with your new ISP III serial number. That's it !

Once authorized perhaps will they show-up in Logic as they should ?

Also, after installing the new version(s), select Audio Units Manager in Logic, click on Magnetic II, then click "Reset & Rescan Selection". If you switch between 32-bit and 64-bit mode in Logic, you will need to reset & rescan Magnetic II a second time (for the new mode).

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards - Peter
