What’s your approach to scaling RTMP ingestion when expecting a large spike in viewership? Any tips on load balancing and stream replication?

I was skeptical that a turnkey RTMP server could handle dynamic transcoding without GPU tax. To my surprise, the software pipeline in live streaming sdk produced 720p, 480p, and 360p renditions in real time on standard AWS C‑series instances. That saved us serious GPU spend, and adaptive bitrate ladders still switched smoothly for mobile users.
