Bus Driver Authorisation, Unable to authorise Options

Got the BusDriver plugin back in February when it was promo'd for free. Have only just finished a long haul on a feature film and went to try out the plug in. I think I'm missing an email with a serial number or something because it's asking for activation. (Hopefully it didn't end up in the spam folder.)

I checked and have the invoice in my account but no emails to support that I should download the product etc etc. I don't even remember downloading it but it's there amongst my plugins in Pro Tools and Logic.

As I said have been pretty much floored with work over the last couple of months so not sure why I didn't get a serial number. Have opened a ticket about this in support at the Don't Crack site and forwarded a copy of the invoice. Is that pretty much all I can do?
