Hi I bought their classics 3 bundle and the download from the site does not work, always is interrupted. Tried about 7 times at this point. Any help would be greatly welcome. Every attempt was from the GRM site as that's where I was directed.

Problem solved by insisting on downloading, the key was that unlike other downloading sites, GRM site seems to do something when downloading is interrupted. I just realized it may pick up where previously interrupted and insisted on downloading. After several downloading, the resumption was apparent and finally I got complete installer file zipped. So my advice is to insisting, not restarting freshly but just re-download and monitor your downloading status to confirm it picks up where interrupted and continues. |
