I opened a ticket (November 8th) because I can't authorize software I purchased. Barry got back to me right away (November 9th). What he suggested did not work. I e-mailed him back. Nothing. Opened another ticket a few days ago. Nothing. It's approaching two weeks. Do they always take this long to respond? Or should I contact my CC company to initiate a refund?

UPDATE.......
Well, it took some time, but Barry set me up with a way to authorize the software. Relieved / happy / satisfied. |
