I am writing to follow up on my previous inquiries, as I have not yet received a response from your support team.

It appears that your system may be blocking or unable to send emails to specific domains, which I suspect is the reason for the lack of communication.

While the process of purchasing via a reseller and obtaining a license through Plugivery is proving to be quite cumbersome, I need to resolve this to access the product I purchased.

Could you please let me know an alternative way to receive my license or provide instructions on how to proceed?
