I am trying to purchase the GRM total bundle to take advantage of the promotion offer. It is still in the middle of the day here in Europe so plenty of time before the 8th.
I have created an account and filled the chart, but in the chart I get the message: ”Products marked with *** don’t exist in desired quantity in our stock. Please alter the quantity of products marked with (***), Thank you” I am not able to check out. WTF? Limited quantity of a download? Need less to say I am pretty annoyed right now. I am able to buy and checkout if I buy any of the lesser bundles but that’s not what I had in mind. I have tried two different browsers, but the result is the same. What is happening? Don’t make me disappointed here please. Best, Ulf |

Hi Ulven,
Thanks for your business at DC. Yes we have encountered an issue yesterday but the problem is now fixed and all can process GRM Tools collection normally. For other customers convenience, we will keep the GRM Tools promo live until Tuesday, October 9, midnight (US west cost time (PST)). Thank you for your understanding. Hi DC,
Sorry for reviving an old thread, but it looks like this is happening again for the API Native bundle. I have API Native (http://store.dontcrack.com/product_info.php?products_id=507) and Jack Joseph Puig Analog Legends (Native) (http://store.dontcrack.com/product_info.php?products_id=557) in my cart and have the '***' against API Native. Tried different devices/browsers, and logged in or not, with no change. I'm hoping someone set the wrong flag in your back office ;-) Since your forum asked for bug checks and suggestions, I'd get you store providers to fix that message if it you're using it for something else (and flag the products on the product page or hide them completely), or disable whatever causes it in the back office to save you guys from making mistakes. Anyways, keep up the good work! cheers, James |
