Hi Emmanuel (or whomever is reading this),
I posted about this many months ago but it was never resolved. I tried to mail you at the tools.support address but the mail server reported problems delivering the message, so here is a description of the problem again: Previously, I used GRM Tools in RTAS, TDM and VST with my iLok successfully for years. However, after installing the Evolution plugins and authorizing my iLok for them, I now get an authorization dialog ("Please insert an authorized iLok or cancel") whenever I try to instanciate my installed GRM Tools RTAS plugins, both ST and Classic. Checking my installed licenses on iLok.com shows the proper RTAS GRM authorizations present as always on my iLok. The only RTAS GRM plugs that work now are the newly-installed Evolution ones. I saw that someone else had had a similar problem on Windows, but I'm on Mac OS X 10.6.8. This is quite serious as I need access to these plugins in my work. I really need some help with this please- it's been unresolved for the better part of a year now. Thanks, Peter |

Hi Peter,
There is probably a problem with the iLok drivers. Download and install the latest drivers : http://www.ilok.com/download-ilok-software.html Best Regards Emmanuel Hi Emmanuel (or whomever is reading this),
