Hello guys

I need some advise.
I went to Amazon (UK) to buy Steinberg Cubasis VST 5 (CD-ROM) from a Marketplace member because Amazon don't sell it any longer and I requested to buy from a Marketplace member as and when it becomes available.
It became available and Amazon charged my amex for 30 bucks.
Today Royal Mail is requesting postage to be paid by me for the software?
Looks very strange. I already can see a home-burned Tesco CD with fellmarker written on it Backup copy Cubasis etc.

So, my question is this:

if it turns out to be a cracked or pirated version I send it back and ask for my money to be refunded.
However, this might be a problem as you can guess...it's no rocket science to guess the outcome, is it....?

I read the Amazon policy in which they (Amazon) line out they are out of the deal and I have to contact the seller.

Any advise to be armed when it comes to solving a dispute relating to the above would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Ian
