Hello, I am looking for an alternative for PayPal. I got screwed by a seller 11 years ago and as a result I've been permanently banned from using PayPal since then, even with just a credit card. That's right, I can't even process a plain credit card transaction, as long as PayPal is the card processor. This means I can't make any purchases from you. Please consider allowing an alternative payment processor. There are so many deals I want to buy on here!

Hello djdanlib, All transactions including credit cards are handled by PayPal which makes payments very safe for us and our customers. Sorry to hear that it doesn't work for you, we don't have an alternative right now to offer you. We have had a few clients in the past in similar circumstances and they got around it by having another family member do the PayPal transaction for them. Best Regards, Nick |

Best Regards, Nick Having someone else make the purchases for me doesn't help me out, especially with the idea of license ownership and the draconian ownership transfer policies that many plugin companies have, where you have to pay a fee. Maybe I can help you out though. Amazon has "Pay with Amazon" which is much better than PayPal, very good fee structure for sellers. Here is their info website Google also provides a great, safe payment processor. Google Payments There are some great options out there for you guys. It's worth looking into, since it would differentiate you from your competition AND allow those unfortunate folks like myself, some of whom probably just passed you by without saying a word after seeing only PayPal, to make purchases. Dan Hello djdanlib, The license you buy on our store is associated with the account on the store, not the name on the PayPal account. As I said lots of people have their girl-friends, wives, studio owners, etc... buy for them. When it comes to Plug and Mix there are no charges for a transfer of ownership. I will talk to the Finance Departement about your suggestions. Best Regards, Nick |
