I'll report back as soon as I can. When you say “presets,” are you referring to your own user presets, not the factory ones? Also, could you please specify the current version of your plugins? Best regards, |

I'm talking about the factory presets which is where I start for editing them I just had to update the BT and Liquid to AAX for Pro Tools I can see the presets in the Doc folder but the software doesn't in Pro Tools |

Please try this. This post has been edited by kubitoretan: Nov 17 2025, 11:16 AM |

Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your presets to show up! First, could you clarify which presets are missing — the factory presets, your user presets, or both? That will help narrow things down. In the meantime, here's where they should be located on Windows 11: **Factory presets:** C:\ProgramData\Nomad Factory\Liquid Bundle\[Plugin Name]\Presets (e.g. C:\ProgramData\Nomad Factory\Liquid Bundle\Liquid Compressor III\Presets) **User presets:** C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\Documents\Nomad Factory\Liquid Bundle\[Plugin Name]\Presets Note: the ProgramData folder is hidden by default — you may need to enable "Show hidden items" in Windows Explorer to access it. If the preset files are already in the correct folders and still don't appear inside Pro Tools, a clean reinstall of the Liquid Bundle software is worth trying — make sure to run the installer as Administrator. Let us know what you find and we'll go from there! Cheers |
