Hi everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with MixBus recently and noticed that performance can vary quite a bit depending on the system setup (CPU, buffer size, plug-ins, OS). I wanted to start a thread where we can share practical tips and tricks to get the best performance out of MixBus. For example: Do you find MixBus runs smoother on macOS vs Windows? How much difference does buffer size make in your workflow? Any specific plug-ins that tend to cause issues or slowdowns? I think having a central place to share experiences could help both new and experienced users. Looking forward to hearing your setups and solutions! Cheers, |

Great breakdown of Mixbus optimization. One thing I’ve also noticed is that system-level tuning (like buffer size adjustments and disabling unnecessary background services) can make a huge difference in stability, especially on lower-spec machines. It would also be interesting to see benchmarks across different OS setups to compare real-world performance gains like 3 patti super
