Download Error For Tc Electronics Plugin, The download links for MD4 HD and VSS4 are not working. Options

Hello. Today I purchased the TC Electronic MD4 HD (Hi-Res Multiband Dynamics) and the TC Electronic VSS4 HD (Authentic Space Reverb).
The problem I am encountering is that the download link I was provided does not work. When I click the link, a tab opens displaying the following information:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<Message>The operation is not valid for the object's state</Message>
<RequestId>6AD3EBEB62C1083632CCC180</RequestId>

The same thing happens with the VSS4HD_1_1_0-3378.pkg file.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with the installers for MD4HD_1_1_0-3378.pkg and VSS4HD_1_1_0-3378.pkg, or any more recent versions, if available.
