Luppo1, Where is it?!? Options

Hi everyone,

I just found the mac rtas free plugin called "Luppo1" by JK audio software (beat slicer / repeat plugin), but unfortunately their site no longer exists, has anyone downloaded it and could share it with me? I wouldn't mind uploading it to my http server in order to have a place to download it from from now on.

Please help me :)
