Just curious... what happens after, due to hardware/OS upgrades or computer replacements, the number of activations used exceeds three? Does one have to purchase the plugin again? Has anyone ever run into this scenario?

Is there also the possibility of some sort of "master key" that will provide unlimited installs, in case -God forbid- Nomad closes doors one day? I know Native Instruments promise they will supply an "unlocked" release without the need for using service center authorization in case of bankruptcy etc.
