every attempt at updating the VIP-Bundle has failed (mac AU or VST). my downloader history/status shows 20-minutes remaining
then goes to 30...then back down to 20 then back up...has reached 16 minutes but ALWAYS fails.
this after 5 attempts since last night.
what is going on with your server?
is there an alternative method to delivering this update?

seems all i had to do was complain to get the downloads to finally complete : G

Be sure to clear your browser cache and try again. We have no reported issues with our servers for downloads/site access.
