I want to contact the Plug&Mix support to ask for a license transfer, but I can't send the form. There comes an error message "Something weird has happened... Please try again! " on this page http://www.plugandmix.com/about/contact.
Whom can I contact else? The new owner is waiting for his license.

The team will be on hand to process your license transfer. Be sure to provide the name and e-mail of the prospective new owner, and your order number if known (so we may locate serial in our database).
